If you've been around for a while you know I love talking about fiber. Here are just a few ways you can increase your fiber intake for a happy and healthy gut!
Swap refined grains for whole-grain options
~A good swap is trading white rice for brown rice or white flour for whole wheat
Opt for a smoothie made with whole fruits/veggies rather than a juice
~Whole fruits have fiber that is removed in the juicing process
Choose high fiber snacks
~Good options include nuts, fruits, and cut veggies
Try a new legume
~Use black beans to make veggie burger patties or roast chickpeas to sprinkle on salads
Use a fiber supplement

When you're increasing your fiber intake be sure to do so slowly and drink plenty of fluids!
