Nature and Good Health

Spending 2 hours in nature each week helps boost good health and a sense of wellbeing!

A recent research study found that spending time in nature can improve mood, creativity, and working memory. More research is ongoing about the effects of greenery in urban spaces but past research indicates that even as little as looking at pictures of nature can improve mood.

Take good care of yourselves this weekend by spending time in nature, if you can, or finding some way to be around greenery of any kind to improve your mental and physical health. Bonus points if you can practice your physical activity out in nature.
